Queensland junior reps selected in Trans-Tasman squad

Queensland junior representatives Cameron Smith, Aaron Wilkin, Christina Mew and Ashley Ona have been selected in the Australian teams for this year's Trans-Tasman Cup held from 29-30 March at Royal Wellington Golf Club, New Zealand.

Australia defeated New Zealand 33 matches to 15 matches in 2009 at Royal Canberra Golf Club. A win in 2010 would make it four consecutive wins for the Australian squad in this annual tournament.
 
The Australian side last played at Royal Wellington Golf Club in 2008 in a team that included current AIS rookie professional Matt Griffin, Kristie Smith and Stephanie Na. The New Zealand team included rising star Danny Lee.

The men's team is Daniel Beckmann (VIC), Kieran Pratt (VIC), Jason Scrivener (WA) and Jordan Sherratt (SA).
 
The women's team is Ebony Heard (SA), Stacey Keating (VIC), Justine Lee (NSW) and Jessica Speechley (WA).
 
The boys' team is Jake Higginbottom (NSW), Ryan Peake (WA), Cameron Smith (QLD) and Aaron Wilkin (QLD).
 
The girls' team is Emma Ash (SA), Bree Elliott (VIC), Christina Mew (QLD - pictured) and Ashley Ona (QLD).
 
The Trans-Tasman Cup is held from 29-30 March at Royal Wellington Golf Club, New Zealand.
